Sew What?

I was asked to make some simple sewing videos for a friend, so she could learn the ins-and-outs of her new sewing machine, and I thought I'd share it with you too!

Have you ever gone on vacation somewhere and "bought the T-Shirt"...then never worn it because it basically made you feel like you were wearing a big boxy mans shirt?  No?  Well, I have.

I have a few T-shirts that I've collected from places we've visited and I'd sure like to wear them but I prefer more feminine clothing, that's when I realized I can do this!

Just in case you consider yourself "Sewing Challenged", I need to let you know that this is a really easy project that you CAN do!

Below is a short video I made to show you how to make this....

Look a little more fitted and feminine! :)

  1. WoW! That looks like a professional video! Apparently, you have all sorts of hidden talents. Bet you were teachers' pet in home ec. Or was that defunk when you were in school?

    Love ya loads, video star!
    Have a JESUS-filled day! ^i^

  2. OH, I know! I hate when they're so baggy. ;-)

  3. Oh you did a great job on the video!

I didn't realize it was you until I went back and reread that you made it!!!

And I love it when I can make the shirts more feminine.

Now I just need to make the time.

  4. You are so cute. It's like having you here showing me how to do sunthin'! LOL!

    Great video editing my friend.

  5. excellent video!!! you make it look SO easy. i want to try this out on all my baggy t-shirts!

  6. Oh my gosh, you are good!!! You totally made it more feminine! I loved the music in the background too!

  7. Look at you. THat was awesome! I so want to sew. Great video.
