These little beauties are not only super quick to pull together (20 minutes from start to finish), but they are full of fresh, healthy ingredients, not a bunch of junky stuff.
As these bake, the pastry fluffs up just slightly and the juice from the berries blends with the cream cheese. Oh so delicious!
